We provide aftermarket automotive parts, off-road upgrades, installation services, and related consulting.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions or specifications are error-free.

All aftermarket modifications are performed or purchased at the customer’s request and risk.

3. Vehicle Modifications Disclaimer

Aftermarket parts and modifications may:

Affect vehicle handling or performance

Alter factory safety systems

Void manufacturer warranties

Impact fuel economy

Affect emissions compliance

Violate local, state, or federal regulations

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that modifications comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Off-road use carries inherent risks. Poor Man’s Offroad Depot is not responsible for damages resulting from the use or misuse of modified vehicles.

4. Estimates and Invoices

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are discovered during installation.

Invoices are processed through Square. Payment terms will be stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to withhold products or services until payment is received in full.

Deposits for special-order or custom parts may be non-refundable.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns may be subject to manufacturer policies.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Special-order items

Custom-fabricated parts

Installed or used components

Electrical components

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Labor charges for completed work are non-refundable.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated in writing, products are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

We do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated.

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees beyond what is required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poor Man’s Offroad Depot shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of use

Loss of profits

Property damage resulting from off-road use

Damage resulting from improper installation by third parties

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us, including service updates, appointment reminders, and marketing messages via email and, where applicable, SMS.

Consent to marketing communications is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.
